The City helps return abandoned shopping carts to their owners through our CleanSB programs.
Businesses who dispose of waste generated from within the City of Santa Barbara and have their own vehicles with 1) a gross vehicle weight of seven tons or more, or 2) containers greater than ten cubic yards, you are required to have a valid Unscheduled Hauler Permit.
