The Plan will address a three mile stretch along the City's Waterfront, including Leadbetter Beach, the Harbor, East Beach, and East Beach. Community input will play a critical role in refining these options as they are developed into a Draft Waterfront Adaptation Plan, anticipated for release in spring 2027.
