INDUCTION
Want to feel what it’s like to cook with clean electricity? Try out an induction cooktop first hand!
Induction Cooktop kits will be available through the Santa Barbara Public Library’s Library of Things catalogue.
Along with an induction cooktop, the kit will include compatible cookware: one pot with a lid and one pan.
Plus, the kit will have a magnet for you to test your pots and pans at home, to see if they will work on the cooktop. If the magnet sticks, you can cook with it!
These kits will only be available through the City’s Central Library.
